SS Champlain grande experience. Food wonderful, seas calm and we both a bit nervous about seeing the Old Country again after 30 years.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

First airplane ride to Chicago to see 4 Saints a bit unnerving, but all in all enjoyable. If I were Catholic, a few Hail Marys appropriate.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

4 Saints, marvelous! A hit as in the East. Virgil and Lovey beside themselves. Fetes have been frequented by guests fit for rue de Fleurus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Busy day. Brentano book signing and Lovey on NBC radio for evening interview thanks to Random House publisher Bennett Cerf.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
